OfficeLabs have been working with other Microsoft partners since 2012 to deliver our services as part of a trusted relationship. We can help you win and deliver Microsoft Modern Work services opportunities as part of you building a longer-term partnership and revenue stream with your customers.
We can build for your customers better information management, improved productivity, and efficient collaboration solutions, while ensuring compliance and security, whether their modern workplace is an office, hybrid, home or on the road.
We design, build, migrate, deploy, and support cloud-based business-critical modern work solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics Sales and Marketing, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools, for private and public sector, and charities.
Throughout the engagement we will keep you fully appraised of progress and the outcomes. Your customer remains your customer throughout and afterwards. You maintain the software licensing arrangements – all we ask is that you add us as a partner of record so that Microsoft recognises our joint efforts to drive your net new business and consumption.
Below is how we engage with you and your customers:
Joint Partner Agreement
We will both sign a partner agreement which includes the necessary NDA and non-poaching clauses.
Opportunity opening
We will train your sales people as required on how to uncover a modern work services opportunity. For each opportunity you bring to us we will discuss and if we believe we can help, we will arrange a 3-way introductory call (you, your customer, us) for further information and to obtain full customer goals from the project.
Scoping call
The technical scoping call will enable us to get more detail from the customer to create a full project specification and Statement of Work. We can also help you with RFPs and Bids.
Project Proposal
We will quote you as the partner and you apply your mark-up and then you quote your customer. We can suggest what price you should quote to the customer if required.
Project delivery
On acceptance of the quote, we will project manage and deliver the project, keeping you appraised as and when you require. If we uncover further licensing opportunities, we will pass them onto you to quote your customer.
Washup
Once the project is delivered, we will appraise how it has gone, and endeavour to get a case study for you and us as required. We can also provide post sales technical support for our solution to your customer.
