Software licensing is not always as straightforward as it could be and selecting the right licensing for your organisation and the solutions you want to deploy can be a complex and time-consuming process.

If you do not already have a licensing supplier or wish licenses to be provided as part of the solution we build for you, then OfficeLabs can also supply you with licensing – for Microsoft Cloud (CSP licensing) as well as Adobe, DocuSign, and Gimmal. We understand licensing, but as it is not our core profit driver our impartial advice will examine your needs and select appropriate software and licensing schemes to not only fulfil your requirements, but uncover opportunities for cost efficiency, ease of purchase, renewal, and accurate usage reporting.
Additionally, we provide a migration planning service for end-of-life products or to help you move to the latest versions, for example when moving from SharePoint Server on-premise to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

Microsoft CSP Cloud Licensing
OfficeLabs are an authorised Microsoft CSP reseller. Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, Windows can all be licensed via CSP. You have two ways to pay us for CSP licensing:
- Pay monthly and increase or decrease your users and/or usage based on need
- Or if you can plan your usage over a year, secure an annual price for a discount
- Certain Azure services are charged on a consumption basis so your bill each month will vary based on usage.
We are also authorised to sell Adobe, DocuSign and Gimmal licensing.
